Residents of Swansea are being woken at dawn by the ghostly sound of an air raid siren. So far, the council has failed to find the source of the noise. "It's especially disturbing for my 92 year old grandfather," said one resident, "who insists on wearing his tin helmet and ARP warden's badge and evacuating the whole family to the garden shed at 3am."
